What Can I Do?

I want to change the world. Honestly, I am not kidding. I want to change this world for the better. Why? Because I can! You can too if you really want. There's this quote I shared in class yesterday, "Be the change you wish to see in the world." Gandhi said this! Guess what? He was the change he wanted to see in the world. In this day and age, we can change the world. We can blog and reach people, create a Facebook page supporting what we believe in, add a Twitter in the mix, maybe a Tumblr and you are reaching a few souls out there, plus you can make a web page. Some people out there are going to be interested in what change you want to make in the world. I am so far going to find many places where I can volunteer and learn about the causes I want to support, causes which might support what change I want to make in the world.
"Everyone must leave something behind when he dies . . . Something your hand touched some way. . .It doesn't matter what you do, so long as you change something from the way it was before you touched it into something that's like you after you take your hands away.”
― Ray BradburyFahrenheit 451
“You are here in order to enable the world to live more amply, with greater vision, with a finer spirit of hope and achievement. You are here to enrich the world.”
― Woodrow Wilson
“The only people who can change the world are people who want to. And not everybody does.”
― Hugh MacLeod
“Didn't they realize that the only way to change things was to act?”
― Tamora PierceThe Woman Who Rides Like a Man
“You can't make footprints in the sands of time by sitting on your butt. And who wants to leave buttprints in the sands of time?”
― Bob Moawad
